Home away from home
We swam to Daddy when we hit the bottom and then he guided part way to the stairs before . . .
. . . we swam the rest of the way as fast as we could . . .
. . . so we could get right back up to the top and do it all over again, and again, and again,
and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again.
Will and Mr. Sean came with us again. They had a great time and are ready for our next trip.
Baby Quinn, who's not really a baby anymore, came too (as did Ms. Michelle), and they of course had an awesome time, too.
One of the highlights of this trip was the unexpected visit from Quackers. She came right up to the porch door in the morning and said hello.
Backyard resident
Hairy found him while we were outside. Daddy called us over and we got a good look at him.
He was really fun to watch, even though he was too scared to move at all.

Lots of taping . . . and some cutting
. . . and created some pretty awesome stuff, if we do say so ourselves.

Tumble, tumble
We totally forgot how awesome . . . and difficult . . . it is to push each other in it.
Did we mention there are also windows in this giant ball as well?
Father's Day . . . finally

Books and beads
It was great having Aunt Lori around too, she's so crafty. We made some pretty awesome bead projects.

Bowling excitement
We made sure to find a lucky ball. Some of them were REALLY heavy.
We perfected our technique . . .
. . . and let 'er rip.
Finding the best position for willing the ball down the lane is very important . . .
. . . but sometimes it takes a REALLY long time for the ball to get all the way down there.
When is does, however, there's nothing quite like watching all those pins fall.
Morning play
. . . and do awesome opossums on. But the best part, it wasn't 103 degrees yet.
There were spinners (thanks to Chandler for helping us stop) . . .
. . . and of course slides . . .
. . . and even musical instruments, drums and bells to play.

FAAAAAST!!
Everything was faster . . .
. . . and bigger.
Even Grandma got in on the action.
Boy-howdy, Texas-sized waterparks sure are tiring.
Flying Texas
The flying didn't stop when we arrived, either. The first thing we did was hit the pool.
Even though the day arrived, it seemed to take forever to get through security . . .
. . . and then forever to actually get on the plane.
Getting in the pool as soon as we arrived was absolutely necessary, it was 102 when we landed.

A helicopter? At a hot rod car show?
Of course there were lots of cars there too.
We gave them all a pretty close look . . .
. . . they were shiny. We checked out ourselves too.
The funniest one, and one of our favorites, was this teeny tiny one. It runs on ethanol.

Overheard: June 13, 2011
"When I's a grown-up, I get to drive a car, right?"
- Jax asks.
"Yes, you can."
- Mommy replies.
"Good, because when I grow up, I am going to drive my car to the waterpark whenever I want. Even if it's far 3 hours away. I'm going to drive it whenever I want to the waterpark. And Charley and me, we will sit in the front. And you and Daddy, you will get to sit in the back. Will you come with me to the waterpark when we're all grown-ups?"
- Jax continues.
"Yes. Yes, Jax. I will."
- Mommy says.

Two gentlemen
We arrived bearing gifts as a Prince and a Duke.
There was an awesome bubble table that we immediately checked out.
Before long, it was time for tea. We traded our crowns for tea hats, to be polite of course.
After tea, and many other things, it was go time.
We gave our mighty steeds a workout . . .
. . . did a little chalk drawing . . .
. . . and delivered "ice cream" to everyone at the party.
