Perfect day for a parade

It finally stopped raining the other day. It was a beautiful day today so apparently our city decided to have a parade. HOW AWESOME IS THAT??!!


There was tons of candy, and tons of kids, so we had to act fast . . .


. . . and a little sly.


The candy was great, but we took time out from all the candy chasing for what's really important, saying "hello" to Ms. Dorothy. She lives across the street from us and happened to sitting near us.


We also made sure to wave to the participants in the parade (it increased our candy chances).
