Strawberry friends forever

HERE'S SOMETHING NEW:




We went strawberry picking with our friends Anna and Sophia today. MAN was it hot.


After we said our hello's with a couple great big hugs . . .


. . . we got to work in the fields that seemed to go on forever. We picked and picked and picked . . .


. . . until it was quitin' time. We found a good bench and all sat together for some good conversation and of course, some good eating too.


And it was REALLY good eating.


By the time it was all over, we were we super-sweaty from the heat, but it didn't matter, check out our haul. Three flats of strawberries, two for us. Pie for dessert sounds like a good idea.
