The Twins played their first game of the regular season today. We watched a little while sitting on the kitchen counter after dinner. That's not as odd as it sounds . . . well . . . maybe it is. Don't worry though, Mommy and Daddy were right there watching us.
Check 'em out. They're basically sweater jumpers with a hoods.
Some people might call them union suit, but they do have hoods and they are sweaters from top to bottom. Pretty cool, huh?
It was needed today because, yes, it's snowing again. Just look behind us. We got another 4-6 inches dumped on us. It's the last day of March for crying out loud.
Well maybe not bears. Perhaps a rock hunt is more accurate.
We were a little early to pick Mommy up from something so we stopped by a nearby park and took a little walk along the trails.
It was great to get outside, but still a little chilly.
Can you guess who's head it was? We visited an indoor beach thing that was part of the aquarium.
Needless to say, we took different paths while exploring the sand.
One wasn't necessarily better than the other, just different. Jax reports that sand is not too tasty and frankly a little dry. It does stick well to one's face, though.
Throwing the beach ball around was perhaps the best part.
We went to this huge aquarium over the weekend.
It was a lot of fun watching all the fish and other sea creatures.
But it was even more fun seeing our friends the Hunters. The whole family came, Jake, Jen, Isaac, Joshua and Rachel. Isaac and Joshua liked the fish too.
Rachel helped push the strollers.
And this crazy alligator thing was the coolest. He just stood there perfectly still for the longest time. Just watching us, it was really kind of creepy.
Our friends came over this week for another Easter egg hunt. It was as fun as the first one. This our friend Anna . . .
. . . and this is her sister Sophia.
Shivani and Shashank came too. There were SIX kids looking for eggs, all under the age of two. Mommy said it was chaos, whatever that means.
Another new discovery, "Easter Egg." They were laying all over the house this morning when we woke up. Apparently a bunny dropped them off last night. Did you know bunnies lay brightly colored eggs with cookies in them? We certainly did not.
What a great little game. Pick up the eggs . . .
. . . have Mommy or Daddy open it for you . . .
. . . say "cookie", show it off and smile REAL big . . .
. . . then eat . . .
. . . find the rest of the stuff the generous bunny left . . .
. . . then eat some more. Repeat until sick and jittery from all the sugar.
UPDATE again (5:45pm, 3/21): We have another appointment tomorrow with a different barber. Hopefully this one will work out. We'll let you know.
UPDATE (2:15pm, 3/21): So it didn't happen today. For some reason, the barber, whatever that is, didn't show up today. It is snowing, but Mr. Dave (that's his name) was a no show. Maybe tomorrow, maybe next week, we'll be sure to keep you updated because, apparently it's important.
We're on our way to get a "haircut".
We're not exactly sure what that means, but it should be interesting.
Mommy and Daddy just told us we'd look a lot different in a couple hours. So take a good look, we'll never be the same.
As you all know, we always have to test the inside of certain items for proper acoustics and other important properties. The acoustics were poor in the basket, but the size and airflow is most excellent.
The acoustics are a little better in this bucket, but the size seems lacking.

Grandma C came by the other day and dropped off an Easter basket with all kinds of stuff in it.
It took us a long time to get everything out of it.
We kept at it though and eventually got everything out. We put it back in again and then took it back out. It went on like that for some time.
