About once a week we go to the "store".
So it's a store for little kids that's part of a much bigger place. There are lots of fruits, vegetable and other things.
They call it a children's museum, but really, it's a place we can go and play with all the things we're not supposed to play with at home or at the real grocery store.
Mommy bought us this new HUGE toy. We're still getting used to it.
We can crawl through it . . .
. . . climb on it and slide down it . . .
. . . and leave out the back door for lunch. It's pretty cool. We'll share a complete review as we continue to explore it.
One of daddy's old friends Andrew and his wife Rachel came by to visit for the first time. They live in a land far, far away. A land of trucks and baseball toys.
They brought us some of those trucks and baseball toys and we put them to good use. Thanks for stopping by, come see us anytime.
Andrew warmed up to us right away and we were ok with him hanging out with us.
Until he tried to sing us Rock Chalk Jayhawk (of course we know it as Rock Chalk Chickenhawk). Then we didn't like him anymore.
We met Grandma and Grandpa "C" this morning for a breakfast picnic at this huge park to celebrate Grandparents Day.
We had a lot of fun. Happy Grandparent's day to all our grandparents. We miss you and hope to see you soon.
Touchdown!!! Go Mizzou. We went to a sports "restaurant" to watch the first game of the season.
In typical Mizzou fashion, they made it interesting and nerve-racking to the very end. They blew a huge lead and barely hung on. Can't wait for the next one!
